The teaching experience as a faculty member of NIMHANS for 2 years
and St. John's Medical College for 9 years had involved in teaching and
training undergraduate medical students and postgraduates in
psychiatry, neurology, internal medicine and paediatrics for their
master's degree. The teaching responsibility included training the
students in research, apart from conducting clinical rounds and
chairing seminars. Clinical experience consisted of independent charge
of patients in a unit of psychiatry and liaison with other
specialities. Liaison-psychiatry involved planning and designing
research and teaching schedules with other specialities.
